Dear Amber, Tara, and Cam,
I am so very sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I remember her as a very sweet lady with a soft voice. I have not seen her in many many years. My heart goes out to you all! May she rest in peace.

I'm deeply sad to learn of Lilith's passing. We met at (then) Winter Park Tech where we both were expanding horizons. Her story was so interesting that I asked her for permission to write a play based on events in her life. She allowed it and I taped our lengthy interview. Later she asked me for the cassette tapes so that her family could learn more about her. I do hope her children and grandchildren have been strengthened by this courageous woman.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. I taught with Lil at Lake Silver and Was so impressed with her enthusiasm for life. Each year I asked her to share how she lived with her handicap with my second graders. She was such an inspiration and always encouraged them to be the best they could. Lil could inspire anyone she met. I will miss her spirit.

Ms Lilith selflessly gave herself to the community and children around her. What a loss. May the God of all comfort be with the family.
