I'll always remember Marty for three things. First his love for the Michigan Wolverines and enjoying their success and accomplishments. Secondly, his professional representation of his employer and business ethics. And third his promotion and leadership in the business community in organizations like the Seminole Chamber of Commerce. Rest in peace Marty.

I knew Marty when we both worked in the Orlando area. I wish I had known that now he too was in Volusia County.

Marty was an asset to whoever employed him. Also he was delightful to be around. Always witty but never cruel.

His family has good reason to be very proud of him.

Marty made significant contributions to Jacksonville's economic development when he worked at Chamber of Commerce. He was bright, hard working and a lot of fun to be around. He was a giving individual and will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, I worked with Marty in the Mayor's Office back in the 70s(Jacksonville Mayor's office). He was a fine man and a dedicated professional. He was well liked and admired. God Bless Marty and his family.
