TINSLEY, Jon-Faye Jon-Faye Tinsley, age 78, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. She was born in Ocala, Fl, on November 16, 1939 to George Bruce and Mildred Mitchell. She graduated from Palm Beach High School and went on to receive her Associates Degree from Palm Beach Jr. College. She worked at FPL as a high bill investigator and retired after 20 years. She was involved in the Business and Professional Women, where she served in many offices, including President. She was also active in Al-anon. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (husband, Dave); granddaughters Rachel and Sydney; and brothers Bruce, Douglas and Jim (wife, Linda), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Bruce Mitchell, Mildred Mitchell and Wilma Richardson Mitchell; son Jimbo and brother Jesse. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, December 27th at Aycock-Riverside Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 204 US Hwy 1, Tequesta, FL; with burial to follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Jon-Faye's name to Hospice of Palm Beach County/Trustbridge or the Alzheimer's Association.

Sherry and Dave,
My heart goes out for you and your family. Jon-Faye is now an angel looking down over all of you.
I know you have wonderful memories and the girls will always have fond and loving thoughts of how their grandmother touched their lives growing up. What a wonderful gift that lasts a live time.
Wish I could be there for you today.

I am blessed to have you as a friend Sherry hope you, Dave and the girls and find peace.
