BETTE JUNE (MILLER) RADEWALD February 14, 1931 - September 2, 2016 Only child of Carl P. & E. Christine (Aldridge) Miller, she grew up in Oklahoma, ultimately earning a Bachelor's degree at Oklahoma A&M where she met her future husband of over 60 years, John, who passed January, 2, 2014. Survivors include son Kirk; his sons Kort and Konnor of Phelan, Ca.; and daughter Myra, and her daughter Keleigh of Valley Center, Ca. A 20 year coffee break when Kirk and Myra were young fit around employment as a Bibliographic Clerk at University of Ca., Davis, Secretary, Chemistry Department, Oklahoma A & M Stillwater, secretary and clerk at the Riverside water department,and Historic Resources Department Secretary, City of Riverside. Bette enjoyed reading, quilting and genealogy. The latter interest led her to teaching and to self-publish "The Library Handbook for Genealogists" and "Miller Index" (a surname periodical). She sincerely treasured time with her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be September 10, 2016 at 2:00 at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, Ca. Instead of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Salvation Army.
