Carmen Flores Obituary

CARMEN V. FLORES, age 96, entered into her rest peacefully at home on May 24, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born in Greeley, Colorado and had lived in Riverside, CA for 92 years. She was a citrus packer and homemaker. Carmen is survived by her children Dolores Lopez, Sarah Tomas, Barbara Rivera, Roger Flores, granddaughters Cynthia Ramos and Yolanda Columbus; and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John Flores; brother Luis Vargas; her sister Nettie Tomas and sons Edmundo Flores and Luis Flores. Visitation: Monday, June 1 from 5-8pm at Acheson and Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary in Riverside. Funeral Mass: Tuesday, June 2 at 11am at St. Anthony Church in Riverside, with burial at 1pm at Riverside National Cemetery.
