To my beloved mother. I love you and miss you so very much. Chris and I often say that with you and dad as our parents, we hit the parent lottery. I'll miss our weekend getaways to your house with the girls, our taco buffets that you loved, the watching of all of your Tom Jones videos while huddled up on your bed snacking on goodies freshly made. I'll miss the hours and hours of you, Chris and I playing skip-bo and yes, now you know the truth...Chris and I DID stack the deck that one time you got all 16 skip Bo's. Oh, the joy that gave you!! I'll miss your spaghetti sauce and stealing tastes when you weren't in the room. I'll miss smelling your thanksgiving feast that you did all by yourself and seeing your countertops covered in 16 different pies!! I'll miss your snorting when you laughed really hard and how you looked just like your dad when you did. I'll miss my mom. I'll miss my hero. I'll miss my friend. You were met by angels and ushered into the arms of God. You deserve paradise more then anyone I know. I will celebrate your life and not the one day you passed into heaven. My heart breaks but also rejoices in the fact that you are with dad again, playing the piano and singing duets, dancing and being with all of your family and friends at last. Through heavy tears and a heavy heart, I'll miss you mom. Until we meet again. Love your daughter, Cathy
