To the family,
This may be the only condolence that you'll receive from Kellner, Wisconsin. I went to Grant school with James and John in the lower grades starting at 2nd and 3rd. I never knew them as adults, as they moved away, but I have my select memories as it is hard to forget twins.
My sincere sympathy to you all,
Donna Novack Sweeney

We consider ourselves blessed to call Jim a friend. Who knew that a mutual love for dogs would bring such a special couple into our lives? His ready smile and gentle heart will be missed at the Butterfield Dog Park by humans and dogs alike.

He fought a good fight to hang onto his life. But, we are happy his pain is over. It was touching to get to visit him and know that he went on his heavenly journey surrounded by so much love.

Rest in peace, Jim, and peace to all of those who loved you well.

So very sad to hear of Jim's passing. Totally unexpected. I'm happy that a number of us were able to meet for a couple hours over dinner last time he was in town. Many years of great memories growing up in the same neighborhood and spending a number of years as friends. You could always count on Jim's smile to set the world right-side-up. Condolences to Kathy, John, Marcie, Chuck and their families.

Jim was a great friend, fellow musician and band mate. We grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same schools together. Numerous memories and fun times - never to be forgotten. I'll miss you, Jim!
