In my 40+years in title insurance/closing, Hayden is at the top of my list of favorites. A gentlemen, so loving & caring, never to busy to ask "How are you doing?". Loved telling stories, absolutely a sweet, sweet person. Rest in peace my special friend. You are loved.

The real estate transaction did not go as I felt it should and I voiced my displeasure at closing. Mr. King unfazed said very calmly, young man, you have to learn to relax. You are going to give yourself a heart attack. RIP Mr. Hayden King

Hayden was one of a kind. Smart as could be with a memory unparalleled. Through the 30+ years I knew Hayden there was always a story preceded with “Let me tell you something” He will be missed but never forgotten.

Hayden was a true gentleman. He had the patience of a saint with me when we were looking for a home here in Central PA. We are still living in the home he sold to us. He was very kind. Prayers for his wife and family.
