My deepest sympathy to Mr. Clay's Wife, Family and Friends.

I worked with Mr. Clay for many years at the Disabled American Veterans, Dept. of Pa. He was a kind, and caring individual. As our department Service Officer, Mr. Clay helped many Veterans during his time here at the DAV.
He loved God, his wife, family, his country and the Navy. It was a privilege to have worked with him and an honor to call him my friend. May God Grant Those who love him, his amazing peace.
