Surviving are her three daughters, Helene and husband Scott Briggs of Camp Hill, Mary Jo and husband Ken Martin of Palmyra, Paulette and husband Kurt Underkofler of Camp Hill; and eight grandchildren, Noah and Sam Briggs, Jennifer, Ken, Nick and Megan Martin, and Olivia and Owen Underkofler; as well as her brother, Francis Salonick.

I will always remember lots of wonderful things about "Mrs. P" but I think my favorite memory is of her requesting the Polka at our wedding reception and dancing with her and the Pendzinski girls with the biggest smile on her face. My deepest condolences. Sending lots of love and prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Pendzinski at Silver Spring Elementary as principal of the school. She was a very caring, kind, and compassionate person in her dealings with the special education students she worked with. She got along well with staff members and could always be counted on to do a good job. Certainly she will be pleased to be reunited with Leonard, her husband and the love of her life. I still have her baked corn recipe which I use on Thanksgiving. It is always liked by all. Thank you Helene for being such a great lady. Rest in peace my dear.
