Robert Adrian Hall, 80, went to Heaven peacefully on Nov 13, 2020 under the fantastic care of the staff at Messiah Lifeways. Bob was born on Feb 4, 1940 in Trenton, NJ, son of the late Charles Ernest & Eleanor (Bope) Hall. He graduated from Vincentian Institute, Albany, NY & received both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He was a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity. He is predeceased by his loving wife Judith Fowler Hall. Survivors include his three daughters Sandra Snowden (John), Karen Artz (Peter, Jr.), & Amy Bell (Brendan, Sr.); five grandchildren Daniel & Ana Snowden, Kayleigh Kelly (Richard, Jr.), Paul Artz, & Brendan Bell, Jr.; siblings C. Ernest Hall (Jaclyn, deceased), Elizabeth Plewes (Thomas), Mary Ellen Virost (Richard), & sister-in-law Janice Taylor (Bruce). His family and friends were by far his greatest enjoyments, especially annual extended family vacations. Bob was a long-time member of Pine Street Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg, PA where he served as an ordained Deacon & Elder. He was also an active member of the Discovery Sunday school class. After ROTC training at RPI, he went on to serve in the US Army Corps of Engineers. He followed in his father's footsteps being employed by the Federal Highway Administration his entire career. He worked in Augusta, ME, Richmond, VA, Albany, NY, Washington, DC, & Harrisburg, PA, retiring after 38 years. A private time of remembrance and gathering will be held at a later date. We traveled extensively with Bob and Judy to Holland, Belgium, Prince Edward Island Canada, and Arizona and always played bridge on those trips. They were wonderful times which we all enjoyed. His death and the previous death of his wife Judy leave a big void in our lives.
