ANNVILLE- Phyllis M. Leitzel, age 89, formerly of Millersburg, passed away February 9, 2020, She was born on November 7, 1930 in Berrysburg, daughter of the late John and Rayda (Bohner) Miller. She was the widow of William R. Leitzel. She was a member of Annville U.M. Church and former member of First. U. M. Church, Millersburg. She had worked in the past for Leitzel's Jewelry, Millersburg. She enjoyed caring for flowers and watching the Philadelphia Phillies and Sixers. Surviving are her children, Tamela Thompson, Harrisburg and Stephanie (W. Michael) Gaffey, Palmyra; 2 brothers, Mertis "Bud" Miller and Dennis E. Miller, both of Millersburg; 3 Grandchildren, Ashley Fox, Scott Gaffey and Victoria Gaffey; 2 Great Grandchildren, Teagan Fox and Kassidy Fox. There will be a visitation held on Friday, Feb 14, 2020 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd, Millersburg from 9-10 AM. Memorial Services will start at 10 AM with Pastor Dan Lebo Officiating. Private Family Burial will follow the service at Sweitzers Memorial Cemetery, Berrysburg.
