Art was my Supervisor at Armstrong. He was the best when I'd have to check in with him for my job for the day if he had that smile on his face I knew I was in for it that day or at least that's what I always told him. I really hated to see him and the rest of them retire some more than others and Art was one of the ones I hated to see go. God Bless the family in this time.

Oh, my goodness, Art. All the time we spent at Blount Junior High, I never realized this was your dad. He worked with my dad at Armstrong. Daddy was Henry Redmon, the shipping foreman. Seeing these names brings back fond memories from the Armstrong days! (Mr. Myrick, Mr. Marshburn.)

I am so sorry to learn of his death. May your dad rest in peace! will keep you and the Jones family in my prayers.

Art was one of my fathers best friends. I can remember spending a many a night at Dr. Arts. Whenever we would be sick the first person my dad would call was Art. My mom dearly loved Eloise and her beautiful paintings. It is with both sorrow and joy we tell you goodbye, joyous for the reuniting you will have of many dear friends and family, but our loss for such a great man. Condolences to the family and pray for an easy transition.
