UNCLE HENRY: When we came to Pensacola in 1972, you let me fish in your pool. You put bass in there for winter. We might not have been close ,but you were good man.May you rest in peace. All sympathies to my relatives.

Henry Rothe was a very special man! I worked for him for 12 years! He was a good man and a good boss. I feel like I spent my "growing up" years with him! I know there were times Pat (a co-worker and friend) and I tried his patience!! I still remember him telling me once " if you are going to be late to work, don't bother coming in at all!" Believe me I wasn't late again! He provided life lessons. He had faith in me, gave me responsibilities and expected things to happen. I know he will be very missed by his family and friends! To the Rothe family,
My heart is heavy as I think about your loss. I have such fond memories of Henry and the family. I have to smile, as I am sure he is doing right now, when I think about his love for Alabama football. I loved calling him and yelling War Eagle when the Tigers came out on top. I could hear the smile behind his grumbles. He was such a special man. He leaves a legacy that few can match. I am unable to be with you today, but I am with you in spirit.

Our hearts go out to all the family but especially our neighbor, Terri Bruno, who has faithfully and cheerfully helped her parents over the last four difficult years.
