Lillie Maie Moloney
Cantonment - Lillie M. Moloney, 94, of Cantonment passed peacefully at home, into the Hands of the Lord, on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.
She was an active member of the Catholic Church and a lay Franciscan for 55 years.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert of 51 years, who passed in 1996.
Survivors include daughters, Dorothy (Charles) Perry of Cantonment and Karen (Hardy) Thomas of Tulsa, OK; sons, Paul (Rosa) Moloney of Ft. Worth, TX and Michael (Laura) Moloney of Cooper City, FL; nine wonderful grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; sister, Mary Crabtree of Raleigh, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Cantonment, at 9AM, Saturday, July 14, 2018 with rosary recited before the Mass.
Burial will be at Barrancas National Cemetery on Monday, July 16, 2018.
The family would like to send a special thanks to all those from Covenant House Hospice and Primary Care House Calls who assisted with Lillie during the last few weeks.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church Contingency Fund or to the St. Damien Society.

What a wonderful person she was. I remember her from daily Mass at Little Flower Catholic Church in Pensacola Florida when Father Crawford was there. I will never forget her because she taught me the perfect prayer: "God's will: nothing more, nothing less, nothing else."
