Cladie Marsh
Portsmouth - Cladie Marsh, 88, departed this life peacefully at home on March 23,2013. She was born in Aulander, North Carolina on April 21, 1924. She retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 37 years of service. She was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and one daughter Margaret Anne Cooke. She leaves to cherish her memory one son James R. Hoskie and daughter in law; one sister, three special nieces and a host of grandchildren , great grandchildren, and friends.
A life celebration service will be held at Third Baptist Church, 461 Godwin Street, Portsmouth on Thursday at 11 a.m.. Viewing will be held at J. T. Fisher Funeral Services, 1248 N. George Washington Hwy., Chesapeake on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The family has entrusted J. T. Fisher Funeral Services to handle the final care arrangements. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.jtfisherfuneralservices.com
