I met coach E when I was about 17, working at the DQ in Courtland. He was such a kind man.
I knew when he would come in, he would have a smile on his face and give me some sort of confidence boosting speech for the day!

He will be missed

Coach Easterling was such a great man! He always had time for us kids and his wit and humor was nonstop. I still fondly recall the times my family spent with his. He will be missed but always remembered! Duane, Dawn, and Dana you are in our thoughts and prayers!

What an impact you had on our lives and on the lives of so many! We fondly remember many Coach E stories and have shared them with others through the years. Life lessons were taught all along the way while coaching and encouraging the students who had the privilege of knowing Coach Easterling.
May God comfort you all,
Gary and Carol Moody
