JoAnn was such a genuine and caring person. She was my biology teacher during the 1991-1992 school year, 6th period. Which meant that I looked forward to the end of each day. JoAnn made our class feel welcome, and I'm sure that anyone else who knew her would say the same thing. JoAnn, you will be missed, dear friend!

JoAnn was my science partner in the office. Her door was always open as we collaborated about the subject we loved. Her welcoming smile will always be with me. There is an empty space in my life without her. She is truly missed.

JoAnn was a delightful and warm person I had the pleasure of knowing during our kids gymnastic days. I am saddened to learn of her saddened death and wish we could have kept in touch. You and your family are very much in out thoughts and prayers.

With best wishes,
The McDonald's

I am broken. You were my teacher a my friend. You cheered me up when I felt down and kept me from failing high school. Your family is in my prayers.
