To the Zoby family--So sorry for your loss.

I have many memories from my childhood of my Aunt Ann and Mimi laughing and telling stories of their high school days at Norfolk Catholic whenever they were able to get together. And yes, these gatherings were always during the summer at the beach. My Aunt Ann loved the beach as much or more than Mimi.

The relationship between the Zoby's and Battaglia's was confusing to some and a little hard for a kid to explain--so much so that when I joined CGBD other kids on the team thought Kenny and I were related. No, my Aunt and Mimi were just best friends...

So many fond memories of Mimi....

The neighborhood block parties/cookouts that she helped organize...making sure the kids always had fun.

Inviting everyone to her backyard to watch her boys put on KISS concerts.

Putting up with our daughter in her house constantly when she and Jen were inseparable friends.

Playing dirty in the large-scale pumpkin hunts that got the neighbors driving all over NN performing crazy stunts.

Cheering on every swimmer loudly at Glendale and CGBD meets.

Rescuing our daughter when she locked her keys in the car...with it running.

Watching her kids with pride at tons of events...football, Menchville HS productions, graduations.

Always put a smile on our faces; her laugh was infectious. She was a true positive force, passionate about so many activities.

We loved you Mimi! Many prayers for your family.

So very sorry for your loss. We will all miss Mimi. She was always so lively and fun to be around. Johnny always enjoyed swimming with her at the Y.

Praying for the family.
