Duane Edward Kessel
Virginia Beach - Duane Edward Kessel, 57, passed away January 29, 2018.
Born in Maryland, he was a Welder Supervisor for the City of Virginia Beach. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Left to cherish his memory: his daughter, Amberly Kessel; son, Tyler Kessel; mother, Katherine Kessel; sister, Lynn DeZouche; two brothers, Blake and Donny Kessel; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Kessel, Sr.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com

West Neck Marina has lost a long-time patron and those of us who fish the Dewey Mullins Memorial Bass Tourney Series there have lost a long-time friend.
