T.C. Was my PO3 Indoc Facilitator (1986)... He commanded that Boatwains' Mates were leaders of the ship. I will Never forget him. I retired as a BMC, and his lineage will not be forgotten. He was truly "Mr. Navy" in all respects. And he knew back then, we needed to maintain heritage, tradition, and respect for our Service. God Speed T.C. Fair Winds our dear Brother. And Thank You for your Leadership! BMC(SW) Tessier Ret, USN

HTCS Ret Norm Atwater & Grace

I first meet T.C. at RTC Great Lakes on a tour of duty from 1968-72 as Company Commander's we were both First Class Petty Officers . Good that we were in different battalions as T.C. company took all the flags from that battalion during training .
I am sure many Good Sailors have made a good career in the Navy because of T.C. leadership and dedication to the Navy.
After the tour at Great Lakes we lost touch until T.C. joined the Merchant Marines and i now retired working at the U.S. Maritime Firefighting Training School in N.J. One day i heard a familiar voice in the passage way say Ahoy Mates and i knew i was in for a great day.
I am thankful to God that i got to talk with him on Face Time that Thursday evening never knowing that was going to be our last talk till i see him again in Fiddler's Green .
Graces & my Condolences go out to Cheryl and Family please call if we can be of any help.
