So very sorry to hear of Ricky's passing. I worked with him at both Nevada Repertory Theatre and his Space Theatre in Reno for a number of years. His performances as "Sweeny Todd" were outstanding (and a true test of both his singing and acting abilities - I was the musical director for the musical), and I thoroughly enjoyed performing onstage with him at the Space Theatre as Nancy to Ricky's Fagin in "Oliver!", and as Lucy to Ricky's Snoopy in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown". I am sure he is directing and choreographing musicals in heaven. Go with God, Ricky. You were loved and will be missed.

A very charming and engaging gentleman. You will be missed. Rest in Peace.

The good Colonel Crawford would not only point out unusual greens and other produce at the Olde Towne Farmers Market ("You've GOT to try this buffalo kale") but offered recipes to go with them. To borrow a word from Ricky's obituary, he brought "audacious" energy to downtown Portsmouth--and made us proud of its history. May he rest in peace!
