My condolences to the family and friends, Frank was a great neighbor, very personable and quiet, always saw him walking his dog, he is missed.

Frank and I started our teaching careers together at Pocono Mountain in August of 1983. He attended my wedding and I attended his wedding. As far as friends go, he was one of my favorites. Whenever I remember Frank, it will always be with a genuine smile because Frank loved to laugh.

My deepest condolences ...

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I had the opportunity of having Frank as a student at Johnson City High School. With Frank I could always count on two things, a smile and a question. He was always a sports lover and always interested in sports medicine. My condolences to his family and for raising such a fine human being.

I had the opportunity and pleasure of having Frank as a student at Johnson City High School. Everyday I count count on a smile from Frank and he would question until he truly knew the topic being discussed. He loved sports and was always interested in sports medicine. My condolences to his family and for raising such a fine human being.
