His celebration of life will be at Zion Progressive Cathedral on August 27, 2019, viewing 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral 11:00 a.m. Bishop Norman J. Hairston II officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Manuel Memorial "Parlor of Peace Funeral Home 421 W. 5th Avenue Gary, Indiana.
