KNEIPP SUSAN P. "SUZY" (LUKEHART)
Passed away peacefully at home Friday, September 7, 2018 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Born in McKeesport, PA, on November 13, 1953, the daughter of the late Ralph Lukehart and Margaret "Peggy" (Shiring) Lukehart. One of five siblings, she is survived by her sisters, Nancy (late Petey) Drakulic and Claudia (John) O'Grady; her brother, Mike (Lois) Lukehart; her husband of 40 years, Chris Kneipp; youngest son Zak; stepson, Christopher (Georgann) Kneipp; step-grandchildren, Courtney, Shelby, Kelsey, CJ; and great-grandchild, Kellin; as well as her many nieces and nephews including Timmy, PJ, Tony, Lisa, Ryan, and Danny. During her travels with her husband and son, she was fortunate enough to have been a part of countless lives including her loving friends, Joni, Janis, Mertz, and Michelle. Her loss is felt by many extended family and friends across more than eight states and 64 years. She was a proud parent to not only her son but to his many friends, a loving and selfless woman who was lovingly known as "Ma" by many for the good part of the last 28 years. Suzy joins her big brother, Barry; father, Ralph; mother, Peg; oldest son, Adam; mother and father-in-law, Betty and Bob; as well other friends and family. Her light is a bright one that will forever burn with her family and friends. Traditional services will be forgone as a celebration of life will be held on a future date in accordance to her wishes.

Zak
I don´t know who she was when you knew her. But I appreciate every single one of you who knew her at every moment of her life. I miss my mom so much. She was our families rock. She was our family. My heart hurts every day. Yet I still walk on: I love ya ma.

Our deepest sympathy to Chris & Zak and the whole Kneipp family. Also to the whole Lukehart family, Nancy, Claudia & Mike. We are so sorry for your loss. Suzy was her own person and that's what made her so special. I will miss the long phone conversations....solving the world's problems! She always had such a great spirit and enjoyed a good laugh! She will be sorely missed. Heaven just got a little brighter!

My condolences to Chris, Zak and the whole Kneipp family and to Suzy's sisters and brother and their families. I am so sad that I will not be able to hear her voice and her laugh ever again. My heart hurts but I am so glad she went peacefully. She was such a dear friend and good person and I miss her already. I hope to meet up with her someday and enjoy a beer as we had so many times in the past. God Bless!
