Angelia Knighton Obituary

Angelia Yvette Cade Knighton

Knoxville, TN - Angelia Yvette Cade Knighton passed away on April 1, 2021, after a short illness, at UT Medical Center. Born June 28, 1966 to Eddie and Maxine Cade in Knoxville, TN, she was a loving, compassionate, and funny person. She was a member of the Austin East Class of 1984 where she was voted "Most Wittiest."

Laughs were always in store when Angie was around. She had a beautiful spirit and some of her closest friends knew she was the "real deal." What came up, came out! Whatever she said, she certainly meant every word.

Preceded in death by her father, Eddie L. Cade; aunt, Dufferine Holland and baby Ashley who she loved dearly.

Left to cherish her memory: mother and best friend, Maxine Holland Cade; son, Akeem (Marketta) Knighton; daughter, Diamonique Cade; precious twin granddaughters, who she adored, Malani and Alana; sisters, Terri Cade Hill and Rhonda (George) Pelcher; brothers, Victor Cade, Charles Anthony (Beverly Holland); aunts, Euretha (Ira) Yarbrough, Octavia (Baffin, Sr.) Harper, Mary Beatty and Joyce Brown; uncle, J.T. Cade; sister-cousins, Katrice, Tanya and Nikitta; brother-cousins, Robert and Willie; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Shirley, Maxine, Kerri, Gail, Kathy, Julie, Donna, and Jason just to name a few.
