EDWARDS Catherine Anna Edwards, 80, of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2005. Mrs. Edwards was a native of Philadelphia, PA and had lived in Jacksonville for over 50 years. Before retirement she was a waitress. Mrs. Edwards was known by many as a very loving, caring and kind person. She was a light in the darkness for those who knew her. Survivors include: two daughters, Kathleen Denise (Kermitt) Kidd and Teggy (Dennis) Frank; two sons, Joseph (FlorYolanda) McKinley and Michael McKinley; two sisters, Delores (Jack) Crandley and Lorraine Wilbanks; a brother, Scott Roberts; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral mas will be held Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will follow Friday, May 27, 2005 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. The family will receive friends at COREY-KERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1426 Rowe Ave. Wednesday (TODAY) from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Please Sign the Guestb ook @ Jacksonville.com

MOMMY YOU WILL BE MISSED. ALTHOUGH I DIDNT SEE YOU AS OFTEN YOU WERE ALWAYS IN MY HEART. YOU DID MANY THINGS IN YOUR LIFE AND YOU LIVED A LONG AND GOOD LIFE. I WILL MISS YOU BUT I FEEL YOUR PRESENCE.
