Cathy Lynn Courtright
Coshocton - Cathy Lynn Courtright, 72, of Coshocton passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home. She was born in Coshocton on September 7, 1948 to the late Timothy and Francis (Hosfelt) Crossley Sr.
Cathy was a 1966 graduate of River View High School and worked for Annin Flag Company for more than 20 years before retiring. She was always helping with local benefits, especially donating her homemade chicken and noodles. She loved going shopping, watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Indians.
Cathy is survived by her husband of 40 years, Michael Courtright; children Cindy Smith and Louie (Stephanie) Smith both of Coshocton; grandchildren Kamdyn Smith, Sydney D'Ostroph, Gage Smith, Syler D'Ostroph, Luke Smith, and Emma Smith; siblings Shawn (Amy) Crossley and Renee Crossley.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Timothy Crossley Jr.
The family would like to thank Community Hospice for their kindness and care though such a difficult time.
Per Cathy's wishes a cremation will be taking place and burial of her cremated remains will take place at Franklin Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions can be directed towards Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave SE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. The Miller Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family. Cathy and I were friends through school and after until life's path took us different ways. Her smile would light up a room, thoughts of her make me smile. To her family, I am sorry for your loss.
