Frank has been our neighbor over 50 years. He was intelligent, kind, helpful and patriotic. His attention to detail was amazing and one could see how he was once the Fire Chief of Santa Ana.
He had an accident that caused a brain bleed years ago and his response to it was to rise up, ride his bicycle , regain his independence and driving privileges and continue to see his cronies - THE ROMEOS( retired old men eating out) every Thursday Morning. He was so kind to our God-daughter Erica and our three grandchildren who lived next door to him-
There was always a competition between my husband Norm and Frank about who got their flag up first or who got their Christmas lights up first!
Losing Frank is losing a neighborhood treasure. We love you Frank- and are happy for you- you have earned your crown in heaven. Much love to Susie, Carol and Stevie and all his loved ones.

Susan, Carol and Steve, your father will be missed, but also fondly remembered. He has been a part of my life since the Seventies when we were involved in Little League and Y-Indian Guides. Our friendship continued to this day as members of the ROMEO'S (Retired Old Men Eating Out), with breakfast every Thursday. Please accept my .condolences
