I just recently learned of Joes passing. I have not seen him or Joeanna for over 50 years but remember them well. We were friends when Joe and John Owsinski (unfortunately also deceased in 2019) were renting a place on Lawton St and going to school. We had a lot of fun together and in the summer of 68 had many parties and did some scuba diving up at the islands. It appears he had a good life and I am happy for that. My most respectful condolences to the family.

Dear Joeanna and family,
I am deeply saddened by Joe's passing. I worked with him at Xerox and played golf with him in retirement. I will remember Joe as an energetic outgoing person whom I always enjoyed being with. He and I shared a love of boating... power boats for Joe and sailboats for me. After you moved to Canandaigua my wife Columba and I enjoyed a relaxing dinner with you and Joe at Canandaigua Yacht Club.
Hopefully treasured memories of the life you shared with Joe and the legacy of your children and grandchildren with provide some comfort and peace for you and your family. We extend our sympathy and our thoughts and prayers to all of you.
With love,
Dave and Columba Heinzelman
