I don’t know why, but the news of Mary Ann’s passing just showed up today. I am so sorry and offer my sincere condolences to Jerry and all of her family. I worked with her for many years and she was my nurse manager. She was so bright, caring, tenacious, funny and could find creative solutions to some of the craziest things we nurses face. She never forgot a favor and if you were a hard worker, you had no problems with “the boss”. She was also my friend, and I loved her good heart. She was fun loving, witty and we had some wonderful talks. She loved her family fiercely and my heart goes out to you all. How like Mary Ann to donate her body to help others, her final good work here on earth. Just one of so many.
