Otis Bloom Jr.
Resident of Millbrae
Otis Bloom Jr., of Millbrae passed away in Castro Valley on March 19, 2015. He was the loving son of the late Otis Bloom Sr. and the late Nellie Hansen Bloom. He is survived by his brothers, Don Castagnola (his wife Molly) and Dave Castagnola of San Bruno; his nieces, Tami Castagnola, Terri White and nephew, Steve Castagnola; and several great-nieces and nephews.
He was a longtime resident of San Mateo County, age 72. Otis was a graduate of Northbrae Elementary School and Capuchino High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961-1963.
Cryptside services and entombment will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, 1:00 PM at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma.
