With deepest sympathy I send my condolences. I was deeply saddened to learn of Pam’s passing at too young an age. I knew Pam in the late 60’s and 70s. She was so sweet and kind to me. She and the Dawson family were such an important part of my young life. I still remember Pam and Clayton’s wedding. I was so happy to be there. I am forever grateful for her friendship at that time. I have missed out not being in touch with her!! God bless you all. Judy my love to you!! Warmest Regards, Diana Ackerman Harris.

Casey, Cara, Christie and family, I am so sorry to hear this news. She was a great person, full of energy and life! She was part of my growing up with her coaching cheerleading and softball as were each of you! She was a great competitor and coach and always a good sport! Certainly your time with her was cut too short. I hope you find comfort in knowing she touched so many young lives in a positive way.

Dear Clayton,Casey.Cara , and Christy. I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much you all loved your mom. She was like my big sister I never had. She taught me how to be a good mom. And made me understand that being a mom is hard but you have to make it look easy even when you are having the worst day because a mom holds the family together. And I know she has taught all of her girls those same lessons. So please keep your moms ways present everyday. And to you Clayton you guys were always a great team! She was the captain. no matter what but you always both had each other’s back. Days will be hard and nights will be long but just know Pam is and will always be there. Because the love you had for one another does live on forever. I love you all and may You all find peace.

I have so many fond memories of Pam as my softball & cheer coach and as the mom of one of my best friends. Some of my favorites include snow sledding on trash bags in KY, late night sleep-overs and dance routines, being called ‘Jaygar,’ and Pam whitening my teeth as a gift. I learned so much from her about family (which I felt a part of hers), hard work, excellence and having fun. Just about every childhood memory of mine has the Yontz family and extended family in it and I’m so grateful for that! Pam was a special person in my life and will always remain in my heart. I’m heartbroken and so terribly sorry for your unimaginable loss. I love you all so very much. Love you, Christie.
