Sylvia Joyce Carter, 80, died January 5, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She was born November 14, 1940 to Willie B. and Lulu Mae (Grantham) Jenkins in Donalsonville, Georgia.
Sylvia was a personnel clerk for the U.S. Civil Service.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jonica Brunner; and her parents, Willie and Lulu Jenkins.
Sylvia is survived by her husband, Richard Carter of Colorado Springs; son, Aaron (Jeannette) Carter; daughter, Pamela (William) Guindon; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mary Smith.
