Ann M. (Warner) Before, 57, died on September 18, 2018 at her mother’s home surrounded by the love and care of her family. Born August 6, 1961, she was the daughter of Marlene (Kenyon) Warner and the late Douglas Warner. Ann was a graduate of Palmer High School. She earned a BS in business from Westfield State College and worked nearly 30 years as a customer service rep. for Verizon. Ann was known for her loving and fun-loving nature, unmistakable laugh, witty sense of humor, and gift of gab. She was an all-out loving person, wife and mother. Ann was a proud pancreatic cancer survivor. The family thanks Drs. Frank and Bishop for their dedication and devotion to her amazing survival. Besides her mother, she will be deeply missed by her husband of 32 years, Keith R. Before, along with her daughter, Josette Before, her sister Susan Prosperi and husband Larry, her niece and nephew, Nicole and Cameron Prosperi, and many other relatives and friends. Besides her father, Ann was predeceased by her brother, Joseph, in 1995. A Funeral Mass will be held on Sept. 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church in Palmer followed by burial in Oak Knoll Cemetery. Family and friends may gather at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. to greet the family prior to the mass. Beers & Story Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS and for those wishing to honor her memory, donations may be made to Sister Caritas Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center. As I get ready for the services this morning, I think back to the family days. Back to all the picnics , holidays and celebrations at Grandma and Grandpa Before's House. It brings a smile to my face as well as tears. The memories and amazing times I cherish of all of us. I will

I remember all the good times we had. And the partys we had at her parents house. I will miss her very much. The last thing we did together was go to a Keith urban concert a few years ago when I was in Mass.

I haven't seen Ann or Keith for about 30 years but learning of Ann's passing brought me right back to those good ol' days. Both were outstanding people who I thoroughly enjoyed knowing. I am sorry for the loss of Ann. I wish her family the best in the days to come.

My heart and love go out to Keith, Josette and Ann's Mom for the loss of such a brave beautiful wife, mother and daughter. Ann was such an inspiration to me and a friend i will never forget. Ann will be missed by everyone who's heart she has touched. Rest in Paradise until we meet again.
