After 40 plus years of serving the health care industry, he enjoyed a brief retirement that allowed him some time to fish and spend time with his grandkids, family, and reuniting with old friends. Bobby was instrumental in my becoming a Radiographer. I interviewed Bobby for my 8th grade Economics class on what is was like to be an x-ray tech. The one thing that stands out is that he told me that techs made a whopping $6000 a year back then, around 1971ish. Bobby would be in my life for most of the rest of it. He was my school director when I went to Radiology school at St. Edward. He's been my friend for many years. Rest in peace, my friend.
