Carl Kenneth Wright Sr.
Rolling along behind the wheel the highways and byways all those years, long hours alone. What kept you company through the many miles of each journey? Did you sing along with the radio, talk to yourself, chat on the CB or talk to GOD? Did you roll down the window to feel the breeze across your face, looking for home, or count how many more days, hours and miles? Did you know we were waiting? Listening for those eighteen wheels, the sound of that engine to appear? We missed your voice, laughter, company, and touch. We felt alone desiring a little of your time while you were at home.
You were loved by many/known by many having a unique role in every person's life you crossed depending on the name you were called out by Son, Brother, Cousin, Dad, Daddy, Step-Dad, Granddaddy, Pop Pop, Uncle Carl, Kenny, Lum, Honey, Sweetheart and oh I can't forget Porky Pig. You may have never known but you were always the hero to every child around-not sure if it was you or the “big truck” or as time has a way of changing things it is known now as a “Pop Pop truck”
Even though your time here on earth ended the day GOD called you home your legacy and the love we all hold for you will live on forever.

To the man I thought would never die rest in peace—We love you Daddy
