Cirilo "Lilo" Silva, 82, of La Mesa, New Mexico, passed away to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at his residence. He was born on December 3, 1929 in Villa Guerrero, Jalisco to Teofilo and Maria de la Cruz Huerta Silva. "Lilo" as he was fondly known by his family and friends was a retired construction worker and "tile artist" by trade. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
"Lilo" is survived by his wife Judy Lowman-Siva of the family home; one daughter, Cristofina Sanchez; six sons, Victoriano, Cruz, Fidel, Teofilo, Marcos and Cirilo Silva, Jr., all of Monterrey, California. Other survivors include his grandchildren and lifelong friends.
Services have been held.
Family will serve as casket bearers.
