Frances Beatrice Frazier
Frances Beatrice Frazier, 78, of Culpeper, VA died Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was born April 9, 1942 in Pulaski, VA to the late James and Maggie Cole.
Frances is survived by her children, Shelly Cole, Sonney Frazier, Frances Ann Rivera-Aguirre (Moises), Janet Jenkins, Rebecca Dawn Frazier-Grant (William), and Tonya Hunnicutt (Wayne), one brother, Esterle Cole, and one sister, Shirley Cole, sister-in-law, Shelby Cole, 21 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren. Additional survivors include her three best friends, Ada Jenkins, Norma Jean Holt, and Alsace "Sassy" Leekwai.
In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Everett Sonney Frazier by two children, Patricia Lynn Frazier and David Crockett Frazier, and her siblings, Alonzo Cole, Dorothy Moore, Lucy McPeak, Mary Smith, James Cole, and Lyndon Berle Cole.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 1 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Charles Shifflett officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Due to COVID 19 mandates, masks are required to enter the building. Pallbearers will be Chris Scott, Steven Marcoux, Phillip Grant, William Grant, Russell Jenkins, Jr., and Rodney Frazier.
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memory Garden, 4160 Rixeyville Road, Jeffersonton, VA 22724.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frances's name to SAFE, 501 E. Piedmont Street, Culpeper, VA 22701.
