Sean, Trevor and I were deeply saddened when hearing the news about Fred. Although we lost track of each other after the days at CA Frost we all have warm memories of the fun we had with Fred at Frost, bowling and the times he stayed at our house.

Fred, although i only spent a day with you, it was fun. you have a great since of humor and beautiful smile. I'm so sorry life went by so quickly but i pray that you make your way into the gates of heaven. To your family i will continue to pray for you because i know how it feels to lose a close person and the father to my children at a young age. It will be hard but i tell you to trust in god so that one day you will see Fred gain. Rest in Paradise. Isaiah 54:17 is a great scripture for this time.
