I remember the first time I met Howard when I started working at Berlin Industrial Coatings in the late '80's. He was a good friend who could make you laugh and always listen. I remember the time he came to visit me in Rapid City. Fun times were had but I still think a tornado tried to suck us up in the Mustang. He will surely be missed.
