FERGUSON Jim Died suddenly 23rd April, 2013 The family of the late Jim Ferguson would like to most sincerely thank everyone who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. Thank you to all who called to the house, attended the removal and funeral, telephoned, brought refreshments, travelled long distances, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters and floral tributes. A sincere and heartfelt thanks to Fr. McVeigh for his prayers, support and beautiful Mass, Fr. Beggan for calling to Jim's home, and Canon Lonergan for his prayers at the wake and his kindness to Jim in his life. Ann Monaghan and Eamon Gilfedder for their help during the Mass, Louise Leonard and Ann McCaughey for the beautiful music and singing, the Eucharistic Ministers and Gravediggers. Special thank you to Dr. Kiernan for his kindness and help on the day Jim died, and all the Staff of Rathmore Clinic during his life. To his Nurse, Mary Clancy, and all her Colleagues who looked after Jim, the Staff at the Melvin Pharmacy, the Staff at the Club on Wednesday, and the Day Centre Staff where he attended weekly, all his friends at both places where he had many happy times. Special thanks to the O'Flanagan family, Brian Keown and Theresa Greene, and our great friends and neighbours on the Gurteen Road. Everyone who made donations in lieu of flowers to the Mary Queen of Peace Church Fund. Special thanks to the Staff at the Lough Mevlin Holiday Centre who were very kind to Jim in his life, and for providing the beautiful refreshments after the funeral. The PSNI for their help and kindness on the day Jim died. Special thanks to Peter Carty for his help to Majella on the day Jim died, and to Peter and Bernard for their dignified handling of the funeral arrangements and to Devenish GAA for their guard of honour at Jim's removal. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the kindness and support we have received since Jim died. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Month's Mind Mass will be offered for Jim on Saturday, 8th June at 7 pm, Mary Queen of Peace Church, Garrison. - Garrison, Cork, Omagh, Downpatrick and Princess Risborough.
