Margaret Onedia Young Price, 76, Cynthiana, died Friday, March 20, 2015 at Edgemont Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 11, 1938 in Wayne County to the late Lloyd and Zella Ball Young, and was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Swinford Price; a daughter, Jacqulyn Price; two sisters, Mildred Gregory and Jean Thompson; and five brothers, Dillard Young, Willard Young, Howard Young, Lonnie Young and Johnnie Young. She was a member of Cynthiana Baptist Church, home decorator and enjoyed her family and her loving and caring friends of Edgemont.
Survivors include: her son, Larry (Gina) Price, Harrison County; two daughters, Tammy (George) Kurz and Lovena Price, all of Harrison County; two sisters, Kathleen Price, Cynthiana and Anna Ruth (Ronnie) Cooper, Berry; a brother, Billy Kay (Jill) Young, Indiana; three grandsons, Jordy Kurz, Trey Bell and Braden Bell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
Pallbearers will be Jordy Kurz, Trey Bell, Matt Cooper, Jackie Mitchell, Gary Ross Price and Dexter Price.
Honorary pallbearers will be Braden Bell, Joe Barnes, Jane Ann Burgess, Melissa Jones, Michaela Smith, George Kurz and John Noakes Jr.
