God bless you DeeAnn. You have been a saint. Pete is in an awesome place now. He will always hit the swimming pool when jumping off the roof of the old Sul Ross house, never be questioned why we “borrowed” signs from lake Summerville for the dorm room, not have to explain why my dog tore a hole in the Anderson's tent while we were out ringing door bells in the middle of the night, , etc. I only hope that I can be half of the father, husband, Christian that Pete was. Let's all have a party when we meet up with him in a few years!

It was an honor to play alongside Peter in the Viking Band and Stage Band. If he had a bad day, you never knew it, always with a smile on his face. May God pour out His grace and mercy on Peter, his family and to all who loved him.

Prayers for your family as you go through this terrible time of grief and loss. I was a classmate and in band with Peter and remember him as a leader in everything he did. I followed your blog when he was first diagnosed and from that gathered that he faced his illness with dignity and grace also. May God bless and keep you.

I pray for peace and comfort for Peter's family. We went to school together and grew up in the same neighborhood. We spent a lot of afternoons riding our bikes in "the trails." What a great guy! I know he will be missed.
