Hello, i recently found out that Bill, is my grandfathers brother. My grandfather was Ronald Clinton Joseph Noble. My Grandmother, Ronald´s wife passed away in 2018 as well. I´m sure Bill had many stories & was loved & cherished by many. I´d love to hear any memories of Bill & the family.

I spoke of Bill to my fiance not long ago. I'd been out with some friends one night and was driving home in Dad's Ford truck. I hit a patch of ice on 3rd Ave, slid off the road and collided with the Ft. Lewis College Math professor's new Cadillac. Bill was the officer that responded. I'll never forget his words: "Having a little trouble tonight Bob?" Master of understatement... He didn't give me a ticket. His family and mine were friends and neighbors in my youth. Sorry for your loss. God bless

i worked with lt. noble at the pd back in the 80"S he was such a great guy, wonderful sense of humor, and a compassionate "cop". he used to say he was going to get his hair cut while on the job, and we would question that, and he always said "well it grows on the job"!!! sorry for your loss. he was well liked and fun to be around!

What a great guy to have for a boss. Bill was my LT when I started at the PD.
He was great to me when I was growing up. He was good friends with our neighbor Buddy Drievers and I used to visit with Bill a lot when I was a child.
Thank you Bill for the positive contribution you had in my life.

We are praying for you and your family especially during this time of physical loss. But we celebrate with you the life of your father Bill! I didn't have the privilege of meeting him, but through you and Doug I can get a glimpse of who he was.
May God bless you and keep you firmly in the grip of His grace!

Our family prayers are with you all.
We were neighbors many years ago, all of us young kids riding bikes, playing in those early days.
Our Dad, Herb, was glad to know Mr. Noble and I am sure they shared common interests as young family men.

When I was a reckless teen, "Uncle Bill" saved me from myself on more than one occasion. He had a knack for magically appearing between the brainstorming and implementation phases of many a harebrained scheme; a tap on the car window with his flashlight and a slow shake of the head was all it took. Thank you Bill and condolences to family and friends alike.
