Elizabeth L. (Frederick) Hatfield, 91, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at her home in Pottstown, PA. She was the wife of the late William E. Hatfield. Born in Pottstown, PA on November 9, 1926, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Raymond F. Frederick and Eva W. (Shantz) Frederick. She was the owner of Frederick Brothers Inc., in Pottstown, PA. She is survived by one daughter, Betsy A. Jerdon, wife of Robert, Pottstown, PA; and one son, William C. Leightcap, East Coventry, PA; four grandchildren, Melissa, Andrew, Shawn, Emily; and two-great grandchildren, Amaya and Liam. She was predeceased by her first husband, William C. Leightcap, Sr.; and one son, Robert A. Leightcap. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464 will be handling the arrangements.
