I was very sad to hear of Gary's passing. We always had pleasant conversations about growing up together & a lot of wonderful fond memories. Rest in peace you will be missed.

Gary was a very good athlete and I remember him as tough competitor for the St. John's Elementary Varsity CYO basketball team in 1968-69 season. We pray for Gary and his family.

My condolences to the Noel family. Gary and I went to Beacon High together and I always remember his beautiful smile and how nice he was. We shared a lot of laughs and good times with a lot of the same friends throughout our high school days. A few years after high school, I was working at Nerrie Pharmacy when Gary walked in one night. He wasn't himself and asked for a favor. His mom was a telephone operator who worked out of this area and he said that he really needed to talk to her. I told him that I would try my best to get in touch with her, so, I got on the phone and spoke to an operator, explained the situation and after several conversations later someone from the telephone company did find out where she was and hooked me up with her. That's when I handed the phone to Gary. I'll never forget the look of relief on his face when they started talking. Gary's famous smile emerged and I was so glad that I could help him that night. Gary, I never saw you after that and I pray you had a good life. May you rest in peace surrounded by God's love.
