Dear Kathy and Jenifer,

I don't have the words to say how heart broken we are to learn about Jeff's passing. We're overwhelmed with sadness.

Jeff was such a wonderful, smart, generous man with a great sense of humor. I remember lots of laughter on Pleasant Lane, at St. Columba School functions, and watching Mets & Renegades games. We will truly miss his smile.

Kathy, sending you and Jenn so much love, and praying God helps give you strength and courage to face the days ahead.

With Love and Prayers,
Connie & Hank

Kathy,

I was saddened at reading of your loss. I will say a prayer and keep you in my thoughts. From an old friend from IBM. Be strong................

Jeff was the best neighbor and friend one could ask for. I remember the day I was moving in Jeff stopped by with Jennifer to welcome me and my family. Being a first-time home owner I didn't realize he was also making sure we were normal folks, I hope we lived up to his expectations.

From the very first days I knew right away that Jeff was a stand up guy. He was kind and generous and always willing to help out the new neighbor. To our surprise we discovered that we were both Met's fans that sealed the friendship.

I'll never forget in those early years I was always working on something around the property and Jeff would always kid me that I was making him and he other men on the block look bad. Something else we had in common was a good sense of humor we both loved to laugh and we did a lot of it!

I'm going to miss those summer Saturdays when we'd both be out there mowing our lawns and back yards looking like synchronized swimmers in a competition stopping occasionally to chat about the Met's or the weather or life.

Jeff I can truly say that I loved you, respected you and admired you. I will miss you my dear friend

May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields
and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
