Was a close childhood friend and enlisted in the Navy at the same time. Although we ended up going in different directions after the navy, we came back to the seacoast area and kept in touch. Will be missed by all of his old friends in Hampton Falls. Mark Vatcher

To the Hart Family,

On behalf of the Charleston Base SUBVETS and Swamp Fox Chapter SUBVETS WWII, I offer you our sincere condolences on Reginald's passing. We grieve with you on the loss of your loved one and our shipmate. All SUBVETS and their families have your family in our thoughts and prayers. There is no expiration date on the back of our dolphins and Reginald will always be remembered as a Brother of the Phin and a great Patriot.

reggie you will be missed by many rest in piece my friend and fellow veteran thanks for all your help in my early racing days coming over to my garage to help me assemble my first engines and would never take a dime all you wanted was a nice home cooked dinner and sue made shure that was waiting for you thanks my friend
