Diane M. Costolo
Coralville - Diane Marie Costolo, 71, of Coralville passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at Windmill Manor. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 11-2 PM, Sunday, July 1st, 2018 at The Kirkwood Room, 515 Kirkwood Ave., Iowa City, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Diane was born on September 22, 1946 in Manchester, IA the daughter of Lloyd and Margaret (Sands) Mesch. She went to school in Manchester and later moved to Coralville in 1974. Diane worked various jobs before becoming a receiving clerk at Target for twenty plus years, retiring in 2013. She loved her daily updates on grandchildren and spending time with family.
Diane is survived by her three daughters, Lisa Costolo of Cedar Rapids, IA, Shelley Jacobus (Eric) of Palo, IA, and Tracy Costolo of Chandler, AZ; seven grandchildren, Devon Jacobus, Derek (Lexi) Jacobus, Dalles Jacobus, Kamae Jacobus, Todd Gusta, Kiree Crockett and Kila Crockett; three siblings, Paul Mesch of Manchester, IA, Tammy Moriarity (Jammer) of Manchester, IA, and Pam Shaw (Doug) of Oviedo, FL.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Saundra and David Mesch, and sister-in-law, Diane Mesch.
